I had a nail in my tire and they were able to fix it in about 15 min. The staff are very friendly.

RV owners: I would strongly reconsider bringing a Roadmaster chassis coach to this shop until they get a more experienced alignment technician. I drove three hours for an alignment after installing new tires on my coach. Prior to the tire replacement, the coach was pulling to the right, and it continued pulling afterward. T&W Tire in Oklahoma City stands out not just for its exceptional tire and automotive services but also for the welcoming atmosphere created by its staff. One of the highlights of my visit was the front office assistant, Snow. From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and friendly demeanor instantly made me feel at ease. Snow’s attentiveness is remarkable; she took the time to explain my options and answer all my questions without any rush. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the customers, making the experience feel personal rather than transactional. Her positive energy seems to radiate throughout the shop, enhancing the overall environment and making T&W Tire a special place to visit. In addition to the impeccable customer service, the quality of the work performed on my vehicle was top-notch. The team was efficient and thorough, ensuring that I left with my Semi in perfect condition. Overall, T&W Tire is a fantastic choice for anyone in need of tire services, and Snow is a true gem who elevates the experience to another level. I highly recommend this shop not just for the quality of service, but for the warm and inviting atmosphere that Snow helps to create.

I always check reviews before I go anywhere anymore all over the country. Checked here in Oklahoma city for RV tires , fair price on tires and service everyone in the office was helpful, Brian in the shop area answered all my questions about tires . So if you need tires they sell all sizes in the big truck service center. They also do alignment on big trucks , a big plus.
